General Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate cash control.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and monitor daily bank balances.
- Reconcile (monthly) bank accounts.
- Recording all cash collections on the general ledger.
- Communicate and follow up on all reconciling items with the field.
- Reconciling specific receivable accounts and activity to the ledger.
- Process wire/ACH transfers.
- Monitor and record bank fees.
- Create monthly bank fee analysis.
- Create monthly monetary reports.
- Other duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate&s;s Degree or some college is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Bank reconciliation experience.
- Good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets.
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Must be multi-task oriented and able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
- Some accounting or related experience preferred.
